    we can make two equations by the question:
    b + c = 100 paisa = 1 rupee
    c + 10 = 10
    we will now keep the value of b (equation 2) in the firt equation as shown here:
    (c + 10) + c = 100
    2c + 10 = 100
    2c = 100-10
    2c = 90
    c = 90/2
    c = 45
    now we will find b from the second eqation:
    c + 10 = b
    45 + 10 =b
    55 = b

    to check this we will add the values of b and c and we should get 100
    55 + 45 = 100
