- The gift/points are earned by the referrer only on the first transaction by the referred user at LearnNext. Subsequent activity by the referred user does not earn any gifts/points for the referrer
- The 3 most successful referrers in Calendar Year 2009 get a bumper prize
- If the user has been referred by multiple referrers, credit is given on the basis of the Email link clicked which leads to subscription
