Syllabus For The New Entrepreneurship Course for Class XI

With the CBSE Board introducing the new elective subject Entrepreneurship in class XI, the board ensures in building a school curriculum which promises in providing equal opportunity and participation to promote concern for excellence. The entrepreneurship course hence aims at inculcating and motivating the students for achieving excellence through the realization of the individual potential.

Objectives of Entrepreneurship course:

• To acquire the entrepreneurial spirit and the resourcefulness
• To get familiar with the different uses of human resource to help earn a dignifies living means
• To understand the concept and the process of entrepreneurship, which is its role and contribution in the development and growth of both the nation and individuals
• To acquire entrepreneurial quality and competency
• To learn the process and skills for managing the entrepreneurial ventures
